Motel One Berlin-Upper West

This hotel is conveniently located near a shopping complex and the Zoo station in the Western part of the city. It is close to two U-bahn stations, making it easy to get around. it is right next to the popular Christmas market, perfect for a festive experience. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and a large smart TV. The bathroom features a double power shower and there are USB ports next to the bed for convenience. The staff provides friendly and helpful service.

The size of the room could be a bit larger, as it was a tight fit for both myself and my luggage.

During our stay at Motel One Berlin-Upper West, we were impressed by the central location and the helpful staff. The large rooms provided a quiet and comfortable space, with good air conditioning. We enjoyed spending time at the nice bar on the 10th floor and appreciated the interesting building architecture. The fast internet and design lobby added to the overall positive experience. Considering the value for money, we found this hotel to be a great choice for exploring Berlin.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. we were initially promised a better room without any extra charge, but ended up getting the same room we had booked.

We loved location and atmosphere here. Lots of supplies in the room: central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk. Restaurants and a zoo were next to the place.

planned to see berlin major attractions and it was chilled-out base for visiting all of them. the hotel was located adjacent to tegel airport as well as many restaurants and shopping streets. the venue provided internet in the lobby.

Great view, helpful staff, excellent location, good breakfast, and will return. Easy access to transportation and comfortable bed. Enjoyed TV streaming option. Room on 18th floor was nice, though small. No check-out or deposit required. Nice bar on 10th floor.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect! It's right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and surrounded by great restaurants. Plus, the hotel itself is in a new building and is kept in pristine condition. Another great aspect is the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the lounge bar with its terrace - it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a drink.

The breakfast at the hotel did not meet our expectations. the variety of options was quite limited and we found it disappointing, especially considering the numerous dining options in the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to shopping places and right next to the Christmas market. The breakfast was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the BEST cappuccino I've had in this city. The hotel is conveniently located near the Zoo train station and the station to get to Schonefeld airport.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, right in the center of West Berlin, close to everything and the station to get to Schonefeld airport. The service provided by the staff is excellent and they go above and beyond to meet your needs. The basic amenities in the rooms, including all toiletries, ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms also offer a super view over Berlin, especially the ones with view over the city. One of the highlights is the breakfast on the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a beautiful view while starting your day.
